Health Education: 
We will begin our Stress Unit. This unit will cover understanding stress, stress management, and PTSD. The assessments used for this unit will be worksheets, articles, journals, and quiz/test. 

Make sure you are asking about missed work for Health Education! 



Physical Education:
We will continue our Fitness Testing Unit. 

Make sure you are trying to make up absences for Physical Education! It is your responsibility to address me if you would like to makeup classes!
