Health Education: 
We will be finishing up our Total Health Unit this week. We will begin our Stress Unit on Wednesday.  

Physical Education:
We will be finishing up our football and dodgeball units this week. We will begin our volleyball unit this week to prepare for the tournament in December. 

Week of 11/4/2019 - 11/8/2019

Health Education: 
We will continue our Total Health unit. This unit will cover our physical health, mental/emotional health, social health, health risk behaviors, and lifestyle factors. Assessments for this unit are worksheets, journals, and quiz/test. 

Physical Education:
Periods 3, 4, 7, 8- Flag Football
Period 5- Dodgeball
