Health Education:
We will finish our Stress Unit this week. Chapter 2 Test will be on Tuesday 4/25/2017. Starting Wednesday, we will begin our PowerPoint Presentation Projects.
Physical Education:
We will be finishing up our Outside Games Unit this week. We will be transitioning to Football and Ultimate Frisbee.

Week of 4/17/2017 - 4/21/2017
Health Education:
We will begin our Stress Unit this week. This unit covers understanding stress, stress management, and PTSD. Assessments that will be used for this unit are worksheets, journals, and quiz/test.
Physical Education:
We will continue with our Outside Games Unit. Weather depending, some activities may be inside for the day.
Make sure you are trying to make up absences! It is your responsibility to address me if you would like to makeup classes!

We will be finishing our Total Health Unit this week. Review Day will be on Tuesday and the Chapter 1 Test will be on Wednesday. We will then finish off the week with watching the film Forks over Knives.

Week of 4/03/2017 - 4/07/2017
Health Education:
The 3rd Marking Period has ended. Grades are due 4/07/2017, all make-up work should be handed in by 4/06/2017 (NO LATER!!!). For the 4th Marking Period, we will start by discussing the Syllabus and Class Expectations. We will then cover Total Health, which includes physical health, mental health, and social health. The assessments used for this unit are worksheets, journals, articles, and quiz/test.
