Week of (9/6/2016 - 9/9/2016)
Health Education: 
We will be finishing our Total Health Unit. We will have a Review Game on Tuesday and have our Test on Wednesday. Starting Thursday we will begin our Stress Unit. The Stress Unit will cover stress management, coping with loss and grief, and PTSD. 

Physical Education:
We will be starting Ultimate Frisbee as our first unit. Make sure to bring a school appropriate shirt, mesh shorts, and sneakers for PE class. If you did not hand in your Expectation Sheet signed yet, make sure to hand in by your next PE class.
